Non-Refundable Items

We cannot process refunds for:

  • Clearance or sale items marked “non-refundable”

Refund Process

  4. Refund Issued: Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days via the original payment method.

Refund Methods

  • Credit/Debit Card → Refunded back to the same card.

  • Mobile Wallet/Bank Transfer → Refunded to your account.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders → Refunded via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or store credit.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Item

  • If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
